Shipping
Shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by NOON (12 PM) Eastern Time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Our carriers at this time are UPS and USPS. Please follow this table for shipping charges. Please note that if your order includes oversized or drop shipped items, then additional surcharges will apply. International orders will be extra.

RETURNS

We will gladly refund or exchange unused merchandise. In order to receive a full refund or exchange, the following NON-NEGOTIABLE policies must be met:

  • You must call 1.888.409.8654 for a RA number (Return Authorization Number) within fifteen (15) days from receipt of order. You will receive a Return/Exchange form by e-mail. You must fill this form out and send back to us via e-mail or fax. Then, a RA number will be sent via e-mail. This number must appear outside the package and on the RETURN/EXHANGE form to the address proviced. If package does not have RA number on outside or close to shipping label, the merchandise will be returned.
  • Merchandise must be returned no later than five (5) days after the RA number is issued; shipping charges are non-refundable. All hang tags must be attached and merchandise must be free of stains, tears, soils, or wear. If this is the case, the merchandise, exchange, or refund will not be accepted.
  • All credits will be placed on the original card order was placed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear.
  • Any merchandise shipped to us after five (5) days of receipt of RA number will be returned at customer's expense. You may ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We recommend that you insure the package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We can only credit you for merchandise we receive. We will send an e-mail once the package is received.
  • All Jewelry and Home Accents can be exchanged for boutique credit only.
  • All sale, clearance, or special priced items are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
